Welcome to our custom fabrication service that’s driven by a powerful social mission. Our focus is on hiring past graduates who are passionate about welding and want to gain hands-on experience in the world of fabrication.
At Latinas Welding Guild we’re not just building things, we’re building people. Our team is made up of welders from diverse backgrounds who share a common goal – to build long-term careers in a supportive and equitable work environment. We believe in providing access to barrier-free welding programming that’s accessible to everyone, regardless of their race, gender, or economic status.
Our social enterprise model means that every project we take on supports the growth and sustainability of our organization. We believe in investing in our team members, and providing them with the skills, experience, and tools they need to succeed. Whether they’re a recent welding graduate looking for their first opportunity in the industry, or an entrepreneur with dreams of starting their own welding business, we’re here to support them every step of the way.

What we love to do:
- Custom Creations: We focus on crafting one of a kind pieces to tailor your needs, ideas, and preferences while being very conscious of your budget.
- Creative design: Collect clients visions and ideas and meet expectations in a timely manner.
- Skill craftsmanship: To bring your ideas to life in metal but we can incorporate other materials such as wood, glass, etc.
- Quality and detail: We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final product meets your ideas/needs.
- Collaboration: We like to work with and support other small businesses who specialize in Masonry, Powder coating, painting, woodworking, installers and many more! We’ve also provided our community based clients with tailored welding or design focused workshops to help them be apart of the conceptualizing stage.
- Custom Service: We love building relationships with our clients, so we will make sure all lines of communication are open, we provide them with important details and are transparent about our processes to build that trust. We are always happy to make suggestions or recommend professional services or resources to get our work done to meet your needs.
What we don’t do:
- Mass production: We focus more on individualized pieces.
- Copy other designers or infringement work: We can not work with logos or branding unless we have written permission. We respect the talent and time other designers have put into their work, so we will not re-create someone else’s work.
- Offensive or inappropriate work: We pride ourselves on having a safe space, so we will not take on clients or works who
- Repairs: We don’t work on home appliances, cars, make alterations to other manufactured items, fix equipment.
