Opportunity Youth Programs

At Latinas Welding Guild, we believe in second chances and the power of skilled trades to create pathways to stable careers. Our Opportunity Youth Welding Program is a partnership-based initiative designed for job seekers ages 16-24 who have faced challenges but are ready to rebuild their futures.

Through hands-on MIG welding training, industry certifications, job readiness support, and real-world fabrication projects, students gain the skills and confidence needed to enter the workforce. However, meals and additional support services are provided in collaboration with our community partners to ensure students have the resources they need to succeed.

Beyond welding, this program fosters leadership, teamwork, and resilience, equipping students with both technical and life skills to create lasting change.
