Founding Latinas Welding Guild was about more than welding—it was about building pathways, empowering individuals, and transforming futures. Through creative problem-solving and community-driven leadership, she is dedicated to uplifting others and fostering economic mobility for generations to come.

Entry-Level Adult Program Director
Olivia is a passionate advocate for people, dedicated to helping adults start fresh through accessible career pathways in welding. She is especially committed to supporting re-entry populations, women, and the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring that every student gains confidence, skills, and a clear path to success. With a deep love for learning and mentorship, Olivia is helping shape a more inclusive and diverse workforce in the skilled trades.
