Passionate advocate for people power, language justice, and representation. Committed to environmental policy and sustainable technologies. Avid long distance runner. Enthusiast about all music generations while finding joy in cooking and embroidery projects.

When it comes to working with the community; what work do you feel the most passionate about doing?

I am passionate to represent and uplift voices of those that do not have the access to needed resources. I am a community organizer for immigrant rights and undocumented students. Additionally, I believe in equitable workforce development and processes.

How do you think LWG will help you reach your professional goals?

LWG will allow me to expand my knowledge on the current barriers faced by those accessing the workforce. I will also be learning about the essentials of welding and the endless opportunities to utilize the skill.

Whats a strange food combination you love? Or what’s a unique talent that you have?

I have many strange food combinations. The most strange happens to be nature valley granola bars with cold applesauce.

What would you tell someone who’s struggling with feeling the confidence to invest in themselves?
