Training Programs:

  1. Full Refund:

    • A full refund will be issued if the participant cancels their enrollment within 48 hours of Orientation, once students attend Orientation, full refunds will not be issued.
  2. Partial Refund:

    • If cancellation occurs after orientation and prior to the first day of class, a partial refund may be offered.
  3. No Refund:

    • In cases where a student doesn’t have a compelling reason as listed in our Special Circumstances then a refund will not be issued.
    • If a student withdraws from the class due to personal preference or dissatisfaction, it does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.
  4. Transfer of Enrollment:

    • In some cases, participants may be allowed to transfer their enrollment to a future training program or to another eligible participant.
  5. Special Circumstances:

    • Consideration for refunds may be given in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, with appropriate documentation.

CUSTOM FABRICATION SERVICES:

 

  1. Cancellation Period:

    • Clients may cancel their fabrication project within a specified period after initiating the contract to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Full Refund:

    • A full refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs within the agreed-upon cancellation period.
  3. Partial Refund:

    • After the initial cancellation period, a partial refund may be provided, taking into account any costs or work already completed.
  4. No Refund:

    • No refund will be granted for cancellations made beyond a certain point in the project timeline, especially if significant work or expenses have been incurred.
  5. Quality Concerns:
