Join us for LWG Welding Connections: Employers & Demos—an exclusive career fair connecting LWG graduates with employers. This event features an Employer Spotlight Panel, where industry leaders from Altec, Inc., Buske Logistics, Citizens Energy Group, and O’Neal Manufacturing Services will discuss their companies and ideal candidates. Following the panel, graduates will showcase their skills through live welding demonstrations.

For Graduates:

•Bring resumes, cover letters, and work samples.

•Be ready to discuss career goals.

•Resume and cover letter support provided by Edge Industrial Staffing (Deadline: Nov. 6th). On-site support available.

For Employer Partners:

•Bring job applications and contact details.

•This event is exclusive to LWG graduates; no outside welders permitted.

Who Should Attend:

•LWG graduates certified in MIG, TIG, and Forklift operation.

•Employers seeking skilled welders or forklift drivers.

•Companies interested in becoming Employer Partners.

Graduate Attire:

•Closed-toe shoes, long pants, no synthetic materials/jewelry. Safety gear provided.
