PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The Latinas Welding Guild fabricated a 66ft Eiffel Tower for the Olympic Swimming Trials in Indianapolis from June 15-23, aligning with our mission to empower underrepresented individuals through skilled trades and artistic expression. Secured through our reputation for excellence and community engagement, this high-profile project showcases our welders’ talents, providing hands-on experience and boosting their confidence. It engages the community, inspires future welders, supports local businesses, and highlights the economic and social contributions of our nonprofit. By demonstrating our craftsmanship and dedication, we break barriers and promote skilled trades as respected career paths.
