ADULT COURSE DESCRIPTIONS:

Our Level 3 courses are open to returning Level 2 students, intermediate-level/experienced welders, and working professionals aiming to advance their careers in welding and manufacturing. These courses provide opportunities to pursue higher education, build a career, and potentially embark on entrepreneurial endeavors.

Objective: Programming robotic welders builds off our Level 2 Robotic Welding Basics and entails instructing robots for precise welding tasks. Key aspects include online/offline programming, coordinating systems, specifying welding paths and trajectories, setting speed and acceleration, defining welding parameters, integrating sensors, implementing interpolation, addressing errors, testing, debugging, documentation, safety compliance, and iterative refinement.

Continuous improvement is vital. Programmers must monitor system performance post-implementation, refining programs as necessary to enhance efficiency and quality. A solid understanding of these basics is imperative for programmers to ensure accurate and efficient robotic welding operations.
